New Year 2007
Hi All..just having a week off after a lot of work..Well I got out of Holbrooke eventually..and had nice time at Christmas..the off to Germany for New Years as usual..won't be back in Germany til next new years..I'll miss all my friends there and look forward to catching up in a year which like all the years will just fly by..Gearing up for the Florida thing which is coming up..First will be a month in Destin Florida starting Feb 7th thru March 3rd? then on to Pensacola for Paddy's month..driving as usual..hope weather co-operates ..really enjoying having satalite radio in my car..makes the miles go by and I can always find something to listen to..I have XM Radio and recommend it..I mean when's the last time you heard Ewan MaColl get some airplay?Weather in Europe last month was bizarre..I mean downright warm..now it's well into the minus cold here in Toronto(bloody freezin').Been trying to write some songs with my little laptop studio..all was going well til I plugged in my interface in Germany forgetting the huge difference in voltage ..o.k. I was jetlagged..blew up the transformer and my room power supply..oh well.. not much else at the moment ..By the Lake is a great book..read it twice..thanks Dawn..Will keep in touch and congrats to my friend Susan..things are starting to happen now..I'm very pleased..
